Dangote Cement Promo Scam: Fraudsters Now Using Aliko Dangote’s Name To Dupe Home Builders

Beware! fraudsters are now using the name of Africa’s wealthiest man, Alhaji Aliko Dangote to dupe unsuspecting members of the public.

Here is a typical scam mail being used by the scammers.

“Dangote Cement Promo!!! This is to notify all stakeholders & customers of dangote cement, would for the next few weeks purchase the cement at a discount rate. Dangote is rewarding its loyal customers & therefore decide to splash the price of cement at the respective factories. According to the promo being run on Radio & TV, customers will now have the opportunity to buy the cement at #900 per bag at the on going Dangote Cement Promo.
