Taraba INEC Staff Who Collected N20M Bribe From PDP Politician To Rig Election Attacked By Voters

The police in Taraba State has arrested the electoral officer in charge of Ibi local government area of the state over alleged electoral malpractice in Saturday’s presidential and National Assembly polls.

The command’s spokesman, ASP Joseph Kwaji, who confirmed the arrest, said voters in the area reported to him when they discovered that ballot papers for the House of Representatives election were tampered with.

In an unprecedented show of brazen arrogance and crude display of force, the ex-gubernatorial candidate in last race in Anambra, Chief Ifeanyi Ubah and his PDP colleagues, took rigging to another level.

In what would have impressed judges in Oscar screening, it was more or less like an action-packed Hollywood flick traversing through many collation centres in Anambra South Senatorial District. Leading the charge like a disgruntled antagonist, Ubah and his henchmen went about with so many military men and policemen, all well-armed, battle-ready. They openly displayed dollars as monetary inducements to earn the cooperation of INEC officials, then intimated out rightly where there was any show of resistance. Shots were fired indiscriminately and as party agents and INEC official scrambled for dear lives, result sheets and materials were carted away.

INEC has announced more results this afternoon that is likely to depress the ruling party.

Results from Adamawa, Zamfara, Yobe, Bauchi, Benue and Lagos has given Buhari a huge lead over his opponent, the incumbent President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan.

The opposition party took to Twitter few hours ago to thank Nollywood actor Desmond Elliot, Occupy Nigeria team and all Nigerians who voted massively for the retired general on Saturday.

It is only in a lawless country like Nigeria that things of this nature happens.

In developed countries, the election result is usually projected on the same day of the election but in our dear country, our corrupt, pot bellied and selfish politicians will take their sweet time in order to produce manipulated results.

Since yesterday, Jega and his unprofessional crew have taken over 10 breaks with no reasonable results for curious Nigerians home and abroad.

INEC Nigeria is a failure waiting to happen no doubt about it.

Four Year Old Boy, Sister Burn To Death In Lagos Fire

A four-year-old boy, Paul, and his one-year-old sister, have been burnt to death after fire gutted a bungalow in the Igbo-Efon, Lekki area of Lagos state.

The sad event occurred around 5am on Saturday. According to Punch Metro, the fire began from a cooking stove which exploded in the bungalow where the victims lived with their parents.

The fire was said to have quickly spread and torched the room where the children were.

A Commanding officer of 195 Battalion Major MS Adamu is currently being tortured inside an officers’ Mess in Benin Edo State for refusing to follow his boss’ instruction to use his officers to cover up election rigging process in Edo State.

A baby girl born with an “elephant trunk” is being worshipped as a Hindu god in a village in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, in northern India.

Locals believe that this baby girl is the reincarnation of Ganesha

The girl, who has not yet been named, was born to Rambabu Sarvesh and his wife Banna Devi on Thursday. Since then thousands of onlookers from all over the country flocked to a small village to see the new-born infant. The locals believe that the baby girl is an incarnation of the Hindu deity Ganesha, who also has a trunk.

Few hours ago, INEC went on break with a promise to release the 2nd half of the election results.

The previously announced result gave PDP – 2322734 while APC got 2302978 total votes.

Again INEC Chairman, Attihu Jega has failed Nigerians.

Last week, the INEC boss told Nigerians election results will be announced today but as we speak, he is no longer standing by his promise.

INEC has closed up vote counting for the day.

This is likely to encourage election malpractices among corrupt INEC officials.

Nollywood Actress Anita Joseph Flaunts Sexy Bikini Body [PHOTOS]

The Nollywood diva claims she is still as sexy as when she first joined Nollywood.

On Saturday, sporadic gunshot caused chaos in some voting stations in Akwa Ibom state. The gunshot forced all voters mostly old men and women to return home to safety.

The PDP supporters then had a field day thumb-printing ballot papers, under the supervision of INEC officials.

Pictured above is an Undergraduate of the University of Agriculture in Makurdi, Blessing Agidi Ode who passed away on Saturday the 28th of March 2015 in a fatal motorcycle accident that happened on her way to Oju town in Benue.

The 200 Level UAM student was heading to a polling station she was assigned to work at on election date when the bike rider taking her lost control. She was pronounced dead on the spot.

The Okada guy suffered serious head injuries but survived.

2015 Nigerian Presidential Election Results: US & UK Warn INEC Against Manipulation

US Secretary of State John Kerry and his British counterpart Philip Hammond today warned against possible manipulation of Nigeria’s vote count at the collation center in Abuja.

“We have seen no evidence of systemic manipulation of the process. But there are disturbing indications that the collation process — where the votes are finally counted — may be subject to deliberate political interference,” the two diplomats said in a joint statement.

Kerry and Hammond warned that any attempt at fraud “would contravene the letter and spirit of the Abuja accord, to which both major parties committed themselves.”

They added that their governments “would be very concerned by any attempts to undermine the independence” of the electoral commission.

Raw INEC Results Of 2015 Nigerian Presidential Election: Buhari Wins By 8,250,606 Votes While Jonathan Picks 3,081,450

From the information received from a credible source at the Indepent National Electoral Commission in Abuja, Buhari is set to be declared the winner of 2015 Nigerian Presidential election.

As at 1:15pm in Abuja, the results collated revealed that APC is leading by 69% nationwide as PDP follows at 30%.

President Goodluck Jonathan won Ekiti state election by a landslide over his opponent Buhari.

We didn’t received the detail breakdown of the results from the 16 Local Councils where the election was held however, we learnt that FUTA professor Biyi Daramola, a Chief returning Officer of INEC told reporters that Jonathan defeated Buhari with 175270 total votes.

Buhari managed to pick up 125,332 votes in the state headed by controversial Governor Ayo Fayose.

JUST IN: Bomb Scare In Enugu Polling Centre

There was pandemonium today as two bombs were detonated at the WTC primary school polling station in Enugu North local government area by operatives of the Anti-Bomb Squad of the Enugu police command.

Reports by The Advocate had earlier indicated that there was a bomb blast, with no casualties reported as the bomb exploded before the election commenced.

At about 8.45pm March 27, Friday, a top politician was spotted in the state checking his family into a hotel near Casablanca, a popular nightclub in the New GRA.

Gunmen Kill PDP Chieftain In Osun

News just reaching us indicates that a Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain was murdered in Ikirun, Ifelodun local government area of Osun state in the early hours of today, March 28 by unknown gunmen.

Eyewitness reports that gunmen invaded the area, killing Yomi Ademola, a member of the PDP.

It was reported that residents of the area were woken up by the sounds of gunshots at around 4.45am.

The victim was said to have been murdered for recently dumping the APC for the PDP with the elections just a few hours away.

The official website of the Independent National Electoral commission has been hacked by a group of individuals who identify themselves as “TeaM Nigerian Cyber Army”.

On opening the official INEC website which lead to the homepage, it will be noticed that the site has been taken over by the cyberterrorist who most the admin protecting the website.

The written text message on the website says:

Detectives attached to the Lagos State Criminal Investigation Department, Panti, has arrested a musician and his wife over alleged child theft. The couple identified as Mr and Mrs Eze Udoka were alleged to have lured a pregnant food seller to Lagos and stole her child as soon as she gave birth.

Lagos State police command, Ikeja, now have in their custody a 26-year-old man, Mohammed Rafiu and his 10-year-old monkey for alleged robbery.

Rafiu is accused of using monkeys and snakes to scare his victims who for fear of their lives will drop their bags and run. Both the suspect and the monkey were arrested at Ogba, Lagos, shortly after allegedly robbed one of their victims of N240,000.

Niger Delta militant leader, Alhaji Asari Dokubo and his Niger Delta People Salvation thugs took to the streets of Warri Delta state few days ago to show a strong solidarity and support for President Jonathan ahead of today’s election.

The road walk saw thousands of youths expressing their determination to vote for Jonathan.

According to sources who captured these photos, the fully-loaded trailer conveying big bags of campaign rice with clear photographs of President Jonathan and Sambo lost control while trying to maneuver a sharp corner and fell .

The driver suffered serious head injuries.
