Nigerian Policeman Who Killed 2 Nursing Mothers At Funeral In Fugar Etsako Edo State Arrested

2 nursing mothers have been killed after they were hit by bullets fired by a policeman at a funeral in Ivhiokhile quarters, Fugar, administrative headquarters of Etsako Central local government area of Edo State.

The policeman and his colleagues were said to have accompanied a traditional ruler in Uzaire clan, HRH Imonike Omogbai, to the event, but started shooting sporadically.

US Supreme Court Declares Same Sex Marriage Legal In All 50 States, American Gays & Lesbians Jubilate

The US Supreme Court today declared same sex legal marriages in all 50 States in the US.

This is what Justice Anthony Kennedy said few hours ago:

“Under the Constitution, same-sex couples seek in marriage the same legal treatment as opposite-sex couples, and it would disparage their choices and diminish their personhood to deny them this right,”.

According to Washington Post, Kennedy was joined in the ruling by the Supreme Court liberal justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Stephen G. Breyer, Sonia Sotomayor and Elena Kagan.

One of the most violent terrorist attacks in North Africa was carried out few hours ago at a popular Beach front hotel in Tunisia by some suspected Islamic States militants.

According to security sources, about 10 gunmen opened fire on holiday makers in Hotel Riu Imperial Marhaba, one of the most popular and top rated hotels in the world.

The terrorist then stormed a nearby hotel, El Mouradi Palm Marina, a very peaceful beach in Sousse Town.

Bodies were seen lying on the beach today after the attack that lasted for over an hour.

Most of the victims of today’s Terrorist attacks in Tunisia are believed to be Europeans on vacation.

Ikorodu Lagos Bank Robbery Photos & Video: Robbery Gang Led By Woman Attacked First & Zenith Banks

All hell broke lose yesterday in Ikorodu axis of Lagos after 16 armed robbers attacked two popular commercial banks in the area.

According to survivors, the robbery gang led by a woman in her early 20s first attacked a Zenith Bank in Ebute Ipakodo area of Ikorodu yesterday around 9am where they snatched a whopping N20 million before moving into the strong room where 60 million ready to be picked up by a Bullion van was stolen.

They later moved on to a First Bank branch in the area where one of the robbers was heard saying:

“AREA Zico come and see money. See money wey we dey look for”.

The robbers injured 4 people in the attack that lasted for over one hour.

The attacked banks are located directly opposite the Ipakodo Police station but the policemen fled for their dear lives when the robbers rained bullets on the station.

A 30-pound porcupine was recently killed by a huge 14-foot African rock Python at Lake Eland Game Reserve in South Africa.

The porcupine quills punctured the python’s belly, torn the reptile’s innards open while trying to digest it.

Lake Eland Game Reserve manager discovered the dead snake under a rock and cut open the belly only to find the huge porcupine stuck in the python’s digestive tract.

Confusion Over Reported Death Of Jonathan's Son

A report by Daily Independence suggests that President Goodluck Jonathan’s son, Ariwera Jonathan has passed away.

The news of the alleged death seems to have crept into Bayelsa, with some state  indigenes and residents wearing mournful looks.

The death is said to have occured at a London hospital on Monday, June 22, 2015.

No member of the ex-president’s immediate family has confirmed this sad development, and Jonathan himself has been away for sometime now.
