Boat Accident: 700 African Migrants Travelling To Europe Drowned On Libyan Sea

700 African migrants drowned today while trying to escape into Europe from Libya.
According to UNHCR spokesperson Carlotta Sami, only 28 out of the 700 migrants who left Libya on board of a fishing boat survived the shipwreck.
