A secret memo passed out to those hired to embarrass Buhari today at the Chattam House where he’s scheduled to speak has been released to the media.
The document that contained the order of event was released yesterday by the APC party.
The opposition party alleged that the Presidency paid selected PDP members $20,000 to stage the rally.
