IPOB leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will remain in Kuje Prison for now until his hearing comes up later in February.
Justice Tsoho of a Federal High Court in Abuja today said Kanu has dual citizenship and he might likely escape if released.
He ordered him and two others remanded in prison.
The Judge adjourned the case till Feb. 9 to Feb. 12 for definite trial.
